Beyond Capturing Moments: Commercial Photography Increases Revenue.
Most photographers capture life’s special moments. I create visual assets that generate income. Whether you’re marketing a vacation rental, hotel room, product, service, yourself, or your staff, superior imagery has a positive impact on your bottom line. A picture is worth a thousand words, but even better, a high-quality photo speaks volumes. I always say: “The better it looks, the better it books, rents, or sells.”
An investment with a guaranteed return.
Some wedding photographers refer to their “rates” as “your investment” but an investment by definition is supposed to make money for you, and return more than you “put in”. That’s how commercial photography works. You spend money on quality photography, which increases your sales and generates additional revenue. Quality commercial photography isn’t inexpensive, but that’s a moot point because you’ll always make more money than the photography costs.
What I can do for you.
I know how to make your property or product look its best, emphasizing the strong points and minimizing any weak ones. I use artistic and psychological advertising methods to make potential customers desire what you offer—not just document that you have something to sell. Almost anyone can take a technically correct photo, but I can craft a visual narrative that creates desire for your product. Consider Coca-Cola’s marketing: They don’t just show a Coke bottle; they create an experience. Dramatic lighting, icy condensation glistening on the bottle, and people enjoying the product—that’s commercial photography’s true power. That’s what I can do for you.
Proven Results.
Since 2004, I’ve photographed about 9,000 properties, mostly in the luxury rental real estate market, including cozy log cabins, the largest rental cabin in the country (27 Bedrooms), condominiums, restaurants, and multimillion-dollar hotels. I’ve even photographed an Official Walt Disney World Hotel in Orlando, which was a thrill since I’ve been going to Disney World since it opened in 1972.
